On the sign up page, enter your email address, create a password and tap sign up.
Snapshot will send you an email. Tap the link in the email to create your snapshot account.
After clicking the link in the email, return to the page snapshot displayed when signing up and tap the "Continue" button.
Snapshot can be used in any modern web browser.
Snapshot can be installed as a web app directly from Chrome, Safari, Edge, Brave, Opera or Arc browsers.
To save content to snapshot, the snapshot browser extension can be installed on Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc or any Chromium-based browser. A Safari browser extension for MacOS, iPadOS ans iOS will be available soon.
On Android devices, content can be saved to snapshot using the Android share sheet after installing snapshot. How to save snapshots on Android
Snapshot does not currently have iOS or Android apps in the Apple or Google app store.
After installing snapshot app directly from your browser, tap the snapshot app icon in your dock, menu or homescreen to open snapshot as a fullscreen app and can be used offline.
Save enhanced web bookmarks with one click or a keyboard shortcut - snapshot automatically identifies a suitable image, category and tags for the web content you are saving. Additional details like price, author and published date are also saved.

After your free trial ends
- You will no longer be able to add new snapshots using the browser extension.
- You will no longer be able to edit snapshots or add notes.
- You can still view, search, copy or download any snapshots you saved during your free trial.
Yes, your snapshot bookmarks, highlights, articles and notes can be exported as html or markdown files.
All snapshots data can be downloaded as a csv file.
All snapshot links can be exported as a browser bookmarks file. This file can be imported into your browser bookmarks or opened in a web browser.
Yes, you can delete your account using the delete account button displayed in snapshot's settings menu.
When deleting your account, your email and snapshot data will be removed immediately.
Ensure you export any snapshots you want to keep before deleting your account.
It is currently not possible to recover a deleted account.
Snapshot web app should work well in any language, however only English language is officially supported at this time.
Notes, articles and highlights can be copied, shared or downloaded as markdown.
Most common markdown formatting is supported (except tables).
Snapshot does not currently support LaTeX formatting.
